Auditioning Parts for a New Quilt

I'm having a little trouble deciding what to do with this quilt. I bought the fabric for this Harvest Spice Quilt 3 years ago, but I didn't want to make a huge quilt so I only bought 1/2 yard of many of the fabrics in the collection. I have plenty of the border fabric and I bought 1 1/2 yards of the gold print. What to do? I know... I could leave out that center print square and sash the 4 pieced squares and then I wouldn't have to deal with filling in all those triangle spaces. I do love the way the blocks turned out, though.

Now that quilt has personality. It really sings.

Just an idea: What if you don't set the blocks on point? I love the middle block, but since the other blocks are kind a busy, maybe you can use it in a middle for another quilt as an inspiration and just use the other blocks?
Great colors!

Good luck whatever you decide to do!

Have fun designing it!

Happy sewing!
